HTML5 Pong

While on my (now daily) look at the html5gallery I came across Dave Rix’s site. Which has a rather neat version of Pong. It’s coded using HTML5′s Canvas and Audio elements, with Javascript to create the game you see before you.

It has been tested in the following… “Tested in Firefox (version 3.5 and 3), Chromium (version 4.0.202.0) and Internet Explorer 8. Audio only work in Firefox 3.5″.

Doing it Differently…

Today I was on a course titled ‘Metapod Fast Forward’. At the beggining of the day we were shown the video below. It was shown as an example of how if you change the way a generic ‘in-flight safety’ message is delivered it isn’t simply ignored and talked over. Not only that, but it is quite comical.
